Inspiration

Inspiration is a special thing. It creates a feeling of liveliness and enthusiasm. “Where do you find inspiration?” is a question I am regularly asked. In my experience, inspiration is not something you have to look for. To me, inspiration exists and arises from connection and recognition. From that perspective, spring is an inspiring time of year in which everything around us and within ourselves opens up to reveal itself and connect.
